In our six-month health and wellness class, REVIVE!, we will help show you what it takes to live a meaningful, happy, and healthy life. Through our wellness programs, you will explore nutrition as a whole, and learn with others what it takes to have a well-rounded lifestyle with fitness.

In a group, we will show you what it feels like to be a part of a community filled with others who are on the same health and wellness journey as you. Through interaction with your peers, you can get the support, empathy, and encouragement that you need to push forward and achieve your goals. You may have a great social life, but more often than not, many people have no one in which they can confide about their journey toward health and wellness. Our grocery store tours will show you how to make the food choices that are necessary for living a healthy lifestyle. We know that grocery shopping can quickly become a daunting task if you do not know where to begin. Our tours will show you how to effectively navigate and shop, staying on track for your end goals. We believe in making our tours fun and interactive while learning how to read labels, how to decode marketing schemes, and how to make the best food choices for yourself and your family.
